By using the Site, joining our launch list or downloading our free template, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. What the Site offers today

Right now the Site lets you join our launch list, get our free press release template and checklist, and contact us about partnerships. Nothing is for sale on the Site yet. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a service at a particular price.

3. The free template and checklist

  • The template and checklist are general guidance on writing a press release. They aren’t legal, marketing or professional advice.
  • They’re provided “as is.” We don’t promise that using them will get your news published, picked up by a reporter, or ranked in search results.
  • You may use the template to write releases for your own business. [CONFIRM: Michael] Please don’t sell, republish or redistribute the template or checklist itself.

4. Content we won’t prepare

We may decline or stop work on any release we believe is false or misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal or promoting illegal activity, infringing, an investment or crypto pitch or stock tip, a fake review or testimonial, or that a newswire won’t accept. 5. Using the Site

Please don’t use the Site to break the law, submit someone else’s information without permission, send spam, interfere with the Site, or scrape it in bulk.

6. Our content

The Site’s text, design, logo and materials belong to Rocksteady Marketing LLC or its licensors. Except for section 3, please don’t copy or republish them without our permission.

7. No warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SITE, THE FREE TEMPLATE AND CHECKLIST, AND ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

8. Limits on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR OUR SERVICE. 10. Governing law and courts

Idaho law governs these terms. You and we may bring a claim about the Site or the service in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. 11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Changes don’t affect a release you’ve already ordered unless you agree.
